Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain beauty and hair accessories must be unopened and unused to qualify for a refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and seals are intact to meet our health and safety standards.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
